Because each item is handmade and unique, returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us directly. After shipping, cancellations are not possible.
